Apply for a phoneline diversion

Do you need to redirect your office calls to your mobile or to home-based workers? We can offer call diverts and a wide range of call bundles covering calls to local, national or mobiles. Let us help you divert your calls for a fixed price and avoid any ‘bill shock’.

Wondering how to do it? We can place an order to apply a range of divert options to your phoneline.

To do this, you can contact our customer service team using the live chatbox. Please be aware, only authorised contacts named on your account can request a divert to be applied.

Request a divert now

*Depending on the line type and type of divert being applied, timescales to apply/remove can vary from an hour to 3 working days, so please bear this in mind if you require a divert applying on a specific date/time. For more information, click here.

Please note calls may be chargeable for the diverted part of the phone call

If you have a Customer Controlled or Smart Divert active on your line, please use the following instructions here.
