Downloading your statement
If you are unsure of how to locate your statement, please follow the below steps. In order to follow these steps, you must log in to your My Account portal. If you are unable to log in to your account, please click here.
Once you have successfully logged in to the My Account portal, hover over ‘My Bill’, and click ‘View’.
Click the ‘Current Balance’ tab.
Select the method of which you wish to download your statement.
