  5. How to View Invoices

If you wish to view or download a current or past invoice, you can do this through our My Account portal.

To log in to the portal, click here.

From the homepage, click Billing and then Bill Explorer in the left-hand menu.

This will show a summary of your current unbilled charges. You can select which invoice you would like to view from the list. You may need to click Select earlier month at the bottom of the list for older invoices.

Once you have selected the invoice you would like to view, you can then click the orange Download button, and then select Invoice. This will then change to a Download Invoice button which you will need to click.
