Viewing your mobile bars
If you would like to view which bars are on each of your mobile numbers, please follow the below guide.
Once you have successfully logged in to the My Account portal, hover over ‘Self Service’ and click ‘Manage Mobiles’.
Click ‘Add and remove bars’.
Tick the box on the left hand side of the mobile number to the select the number(s) you wish to view the bars for. If you wish to view the bars for all numbers on the account, click the box at the top of the column. Press continue once the number(s) have been selected.
This will then show a list of bars, and whether they are active against each mobile number.
Select the method of which you wish to download the list of bars on each number.
