Dave has overall responsibility for the whole of Daisy Communications and has presided over the business’ growth over the past four years. Initially trained as a qualified carpenter and joiner, Dave came into Daisy via an acquisition back in 2009 and acted as Managing Director within the mobile distribution channel before taking over the Daisy Comms reins. Prior to joining Daisy, Dave held senior management and sales roles in organisations across the telecoms industry.
Stuart is the money man at Daisy Comms and manages all the financials and business finances. Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with EY, he has subsequently held senior finance positions within the telecoms and financial services sectors including Vodafone and Virgin Media. Not only responsible for the accounting and ensuring the business remains on a sound financial footing, Stuart also owns credit control, billing and legal and compliance. Having worked at Daisy since 2009, Stuart has overseen plenty of financial changes and been involved in several high value acquisitions.
Karen joined Daisy in 2009 having held senior sales leadership roles, not just in telecoms but a number of other prominent and high-velocity industries. Karen has since overseen the rapid sales growth of the business, whilst ensuring that customers continue to receive best value from the most relevant, current technologies.
Director of Partner Business
Everything you see with a Daisy Comms brand attached to it being sold by a third-party is Julien’s domain. Operating a channel of independent agents, partners, contact centres and affiliates, Julien’s role is to grow the reach of the Daisy brand into our customers via an appointed base of Preferred Partners.
With 32 years of HR experience, Noel Jolly’s journey began in the Royal Air Force, under the guidance of a Squadron Leader and mentor who wisely emphasised that life is rarely black and white. He primarily worked in Retail, Sales, and Logistics, gaining global insights into diverse cultures and work practices. Noel’s passion lies in exploring innovative ways to nurture personal and professional development within his team, finding immense satisfaction in colleagues achieving their aspirations.
Tariq was the technical lead on the 2011 Royal Wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. However, he’s since swapped Kate and Wills for the Daisy Comms IT team and now manages the entire IT strategy. From ensuring that our systems and data are secure, customers have the best inbound engagement and that our teams are always connected and able to serve, Tariq is the silent force behind our continual infrastructure development.
Jeff once tricked Sky Sports into thinking he was a football agent and, despite being no football agent, Jeff is responsible for all the commercial deals Daisy delivers. Jeff and his team manage our wide portfolio of products, ensuring they are packaged, bundled and made commercially best-of-breed to ensure we’ve always got the best offers available for our customers.
Being a former military man, Steve brings discipline and order to our supplier onboarding and engagement. Responsible for identifying new opportunities with suppliers that will prove beneficial to our customers and ensuring that our commercial terms are on-point with the market, Steve and his team are always on the look-out for new strategic partnerships.
Customer Experience Director
Vanessa has ultimate ownership for our customer engagement and service. Encompassing every element of operations; provisioning, delivery, incident management and service delivery, Vanessa lives and breathes our customers’ experience. Being at Daisy since 2007 following the acquisition of her former employer, Vanessa is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end product delivery and provision of a first-class customer experience.
General Manager Mobile
Darren joined Daisy Comms as part of the 2019 acquisition of Voice Mobile and brought with him his vast knowledge of the mobile industry from spells with the mobile operators, independent retails and also Sky. Darren now manages our mobile business and ensures we deliver the best possible service and experience to both our consumer and business customers.
