Hybrid working is something most UK businesses have experience but is it the future?

April marks the easing of restrictions. As lockdown begins to lift slowly, are we seeing a shift to a hybrid working future?

In March 2020, many businesses were forced to send its employees home. Most had to adapt to a new way of working as they began working from home. Although the transition was difficult at first, around 85% of employees have seen an improvement in their work/life balance.

Despite the easing of lockdown, businesses are keen on hybrid working going forward with two thirds of employees supporting it and expecting a permanent shift to this new way of working.

As Britain begins to resurge and we all begin to build a better Britain, what does the future look like?
