Get AI-ready with Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 is introducing Copilot to the public in the next month, and it will be integrated into Microsoft 365 and the apps you already use every day, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. The goal of the Copilot launch is to use the latest technology to take the drudgery out of minute tasks, and have more time for things that matter by unleashing creativity, unlocking productivity, and uplevelling skills.
Here’s how Copilot can help with your daily Microsoft product:
Copilot in Microsoft Word writes, edits, summarises, and creates right alongside you. From just a short prompt, Copilot in Word can create a first draft for you, pulling information from across your organisation as needed. In addition, it can add content to existing documents, summarise text, and rewrite sections or the entire document to make it more concise.
Copilot in Microsoft Excel helps you analyse and explore your data. It can generate models based on your request, for example, suggesting formulas or creating a breakdown for your data.
Copilot in Microsoft PowerPoint turns your ideas into presentations. Simply ask Copilot to create the PowerPoint with a content outline or transform your written documents into slides along with speaker notes and references. With OpenAI’s image generator, it can even create incredible custom images to bring your presentations and stories to life.
Copilot in Microsoft Outlook summarises the emails when you are out-of-office and flags any important items for your review. It also drafts the response to certain emails or offers you coaching tips so that you can compose more effective emails and strike just the right tone.
Copilot in Microsoft Teams runs more effective meetings, summarises key actions, and creates meeting agendas for the Teams meetings and conversations.
All of this is just the tip of the iceberg. There’s plenty more to come from Copilot. Get started with Microsoft 365 now to be ready to take full advantage of the new features’ benefits. Contact our cloud specialists to learn more about Microsoft 365 by filling up this enquiry form .

The better way to meet with Microsoft Teams
In February 2023 Microsoft launched a new version of Microsoft Teams – Microsoft Teams Premium. Teams Premium brings the newest technologies, such as large language models powered by OpenAI’s GPT, to make meetings more intelligent, individualised, and secure—whether they are one-on-one, large meetings, virtual appointments, or webinars. Teams is integrating AI throughout the meeting experience, helping companies be more productive in new ways.
Smarter with intelligent recap and live translation
With intelligent recap, you can now save time on reviewing meeting recordings. AI-generated chapters based on PowerPoint Live divide the meeting into sections using the contents from the presentation; it also has personalised timeline markers for you to see call out when you joined or left a meeting in the recording.
Personalised with meeting templates and branded meetings
With Teams Premium, you can unlock advanced personalisation experiences. Branded meetings let everyone see your company’s logo and colours of when they join the meeting and allow your brand to be infused into the meeting itself. With meeting templates, you can customise your own branding settings, reducing the time spent creating and getting the meeting information right.
Confidential with watermarking and end-end encryption
With advanced meeting protection in Teams Premium, you can easily upgrade safeguards for confidential business meetings. Watermarking provides a unique watermark on all attendees’ screens and videos to keep the discussion private. It also applies the end-to-end encryption option or limits the number of attendees who can record the meeting.
