How we all work continues to evolve at a pace we’ve never seen before, with fast and secure connectivity at the centre of that change. We’re proud that we’ve been able to support our customers in implementing new technologies that have supported their growth and future-proofed their infrastructures to manage new ways of working.
As a business, we have continued to invest in our people and systems to provide our customers with the support and service they need. Our Trustpilot score reflects our dedication to providing support, advice and guidance, and we want to continue to offer our excellent UK-based service, which we pride ourselves on.
In 2022, we will see more price increases from our suppliers, some of which we can absorb. However, we will have to pass on some of that cost to ensure our customers across the UK can continue to collaborate, communicate and connect. I appreciate price increases are never welcome, but you have our commitment that we are dedicated to providing you with the broadest choice of products underpinned by the best possible service.
What are the price changes for 2022?
Pricing for all products, unless defined separately below, will increase by the current rate of the Retail Price Index (RPI), which has been announced by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) in February as 7.8%.
Product | Increase |
WLR (PSTN, ISDN, ISDN2) | £1.50 per month. |
Fixed Local, National and Mobile Pence Per Minute | £0.015 PPM |
Maintenance | 10% |
Your new pricing will be reflected in any bills you receive after 31st March 2022 and can be viewed within the Daisy MyAccount platform.
We want to thank you for choosing Daisy and for your continued business.
In line with Ofcom regulations, small business customers (with ten employees of fewer) who have subscribed to a WLR (PSTN, ISDN, ISDN2) contract and pay recurring charges such as line rental, have the right to exit their contract for the affected services without having to pay any early termination charges. This right to exit only applies to contracts entered into on or after 23 January 2014. This right must be exercised by the small business customer within 30 days of receiving the relevant price increase notification. This right to exit does not apply to Maintenance or where the increase is by the rate of RPI.

1 January 2022
EU Roaming Charges
In response to Mobile Network announcements earlier in the year, relating to the introduction of roaming fees when utilising mobile services in Europe, we now have confirmation from the networks with regards to how this will affect our exclusive propositions.
Our intention, where possible, is to align with the networks’ own policies. As such, we can clarify that as of 1st January 2022, we will introduce a daily roaming fee of £2.00 ex. VAT on all Vodafone tariff changes*, resigns and new connections.
This new daily fee will be known as ETS – European Travel Select and will be relevant across all current and legacy propositions, with sole exception of our current Vodafone Fusion Unlimited and Daisy Vodafone Unlimited Extra tariffs that include TravelFree and TravelPlus.
In addition, charges will not apply when roaming in Ireland or Isle of Man. It’s also worth noting that at this stage, we do not have any plans to introduce similar fees on any of our O2 propositions.
*Only base tariff changes will be considered a tariff change. Subscription level and account level bolt-ons / bundle adjustments are not considered tariff changes.
