We offer two tiers of managed IT services so businesses can choose which one fits their needs:
- IT Support – Our top-range solution works on a per-user or per-endpoint device basis, giving you a monitored and reactive service for each device or user you need cover for. Our end-to-end IT management solution offers layers of support from remote fixes to onsite assistance to give your business a fast and complete resolution.
- IT Support Lite – Includes monitoring and covers the same as full IT Support with onboarding but with a maximum of 10 users and a time limit of either 12 or 24 hours annually (1 hour per month or 2 hours per month).
Some of the benefits we can offer with our IT Support solution include:
- Warranty Management: We’ll take care of the communication with your manufacturer so whilst we’re handling your claim, you can focus on getting back to business.
- Monitoring and Support: We automatically connect your devices to our secure monitoring system which allows us to keep an eye on their health and fix any issues caused by CPU, RAM or disk space.
- Network Issues: We’ll diagnose and fix network issues to ensure your devices stay connected and we’ll help you manage your VPN, VLAN’s and Access Points.
- Password Issues: Small service requests such as password resets, new users and mailbox edits are all covered.
- Site Presence: We offer the option to have Daisy IT technicians on-site on an ad-hoc or permanent basis and can attend internal or external meetings with you as your IT services trusted voice.
- Fault Logging and Tracking: You can submit and track all IT incidents and requests on our customer portal and, using MyAccount, you’ll get access to an in-depth knowledge base to help you overcome some of the most common issues.
- Remote Management: Our support team can access your device remotely to fix software problems, install applications and perform maintenance upgrades such as software updates.
