About us

Our journey began in 2001 when Daisy was founded and, pretty quickly, we experienced huge growth. In 2005, we were named the fastest growing technology business in the UK and in 2007 our founder and chairman Matthew Riley won the Bank of Scotland’s Entrepreneur Challenge.

Between 2010 and 2014, after a great first decade in business, Daisy made several acquisitions including Redstone, Spiritel, Fone Logistics and BNS. 2015 saw the acquisitions of Damovo UK and Phoenix IT followed by Alternative in 2016.

In 2018 we took the decision to expand our sub-250 mobile base with DV02 and Voice Mobile acquisitions.

2019 witnessed its most significant transformation, as the Daisy Group divided into four independent businesses. This strategic move aimed to enhance customer and partner service, with Daisy Communications retaining its position as one of the UK’s leading independent providers of telecom solutions.

In 2021, Premier Choice Group came on board and in 2022, XLN and Communicate Better joined our expanding business of innovative and forward-thinking partnerships.

We look after c. 175,000 businesses across the UK. Within that, we manage more than 120,000 broadband tails, over 150,000 fixed lines, and over a quarter of a million mobile connections. Our customers range from the smallest sole trader businesses to large brand-name organisations. We’re big enough to deliver, but small enough to care.



Our relationships with BT, Virgin Media Business, Gamma, Mitel, Vodafone, City Fibre, O2, EE and more mean our customers get a wide variety of choices of service depending on price, business needs, and coverage within their area. And with hardware relationships with the major vendors, including Samsung, Apple, Google and more we can equip your teams with the appropriate kit for their needs.



Our business was founded in 2000, and from small beginnings, we’ve now got 20 years’ experience under our belts and are one of the UK’s largest independent telecoms providers. We have grown and evolved through organic growth and acquisition, exposing us to the many different facets of the market and providing the experience with which we serve our customers today.



Our people are at the core of our business. Since 2019, we’ve consistently received either 1-star or 2-star B-Heard awards, reflecting high levels of engagement—ranging from very good to outstanding. While our headquarters remain in Nelson, Lancashire, we also have offices in Aston, Basildon, London, Prudhoe, Sheffield, Sidcup, and Warrington.
