Apply for a phoneline diversion

Wondering how to do it? We can place an order to apply a range of divert options to your phoneline.

To do this, you can log a ticket to your customer support team via the MyAccount portal, by going to ‘support’ then ‘tickets’.

Please be aware, only authorised contacts named on your account can request a divert to be applied.

*Depending on the line type and type of divert being applied, timescales to apply/remove can vary from an hour to 3 working days, so please bear this in mind if you require a divert applying on a specific date/time. For more information, click here.
