To access your CommSoft Compact Call Recorder, type in your username and password. If you don’t know your username or password, feel free to email faults@premierchoicegroup.com. Now you have access to your desktop.

Simply double-click the Office Version 9 logo, enter your username and password, and log in.

You’re now logged in to your call recorder.
