Setting up your Direct Debit using MyAccount
If you are wishing to set up a Direct Debit, you can either do this yourself on MyAccount, or by contacting our Credit Control team, who will arrange this for you, providing you have your bank details to hand. The credit control team can be reached on 0345 458 6310.
Once we have taken the required information, setting up the Direct Debit can take 3-5 working days. Once the Direct Debit has been set up, payments cannot be taken for a further 10 days so if there is an outstanding amount on your account, we advise clearing this with a one-off payment while the Direct Debit is being set up.
