If you are travelling to one of the below World Travel locations, no action is required.
Important: When travelling to one if these locations you can use your mobile phone as normal. However, there will be a £5 daily charge applied for access to the UK data pool, where possible please connect to Wi-Fi to reduce costs.

If you are travelling to any of these locations please email customersupport@daisycomms.co.uk at least 48 hours (excluding weekends) prior to travel, advising where you are travelling to. Budget Holder approval will be required before additional bundles are applied.
Algeria, American Samoa, Belarus, Bolivia, Cape Verde, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Malawi, Mauritania, Mauritius, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe, Andorra, Burundi, Libya, Mali, Namibia, Nepal, Sao Tome and Principe, Tunisia
Rest of the World Zone 4
Important: The below locations are classed as ROW Zone 4, meaning they are outside of the tariff and have no available bundles to minimise costs.
Calls, texts and data are all fully chargeable within these countries, the cost impact would be extremely high. Please Do Not Use here.

In addition, using your device while aboard an aircraft or ship/vessel is also classed as ROW Zone 4 and will attract large charges.
