HiHi4 is the business deskphone made to feel like your smartphone. With an Android operating system and a customisable homescreen, you can display the information that matters most to you, while having all the enhanced features at your fingertips.

In HiHi Phone Console, you can easily enable call options, such as Call Forwarding, Private Calling and Do Not Disturb, straight from your homescreen. HiHi4 also allows you to instantly access your voicemail with just one touch from the homescreen, as well as adding the contacts you speak to often to your Favourites list.

One device for all conversations

With an updated user-experience, HiHi4 makes it easier to stay in contact with others. Effortlessly manage multiple calls at once with a new in-call screen, allowing you to quickly switch between active calls with one touch. Download apps from the Google Play Store to seamlessly integrate your deskphone with popular collaboration software, enabling you to use your HiHi phone for these calls without needing to switch between devices. With improved search functionality and contacts shown across multiple lists, finding a saved contact has never been easier.

New to HiHi4 is the ability to play recent call recordings directly from your Recent Calls list, streamlining the process when you need to go back and review a call.

A single contact list

HiHi4 gives you the ability to create a global address book, which is a shared directory so everyone in your business can have access to colleagues’ numbers and emails. As a Google certified device, you can opt to sync your Google Contacts to your HiHi4, as well as from other accounts such as Office 365 or an existing business database. HiHi4 can hold up to 500 contacts in your phonebook, with the ability to view separate lists for your company and shared contacts and those that you have saved locally to your device, which only you can access.

A deskphone made for connecting

Video calling technology has always been at the very centre of all HiHi products, and the HiHi4 is no different. Designed to ensure you can easily collaborate with your colleagues, high-quality video calling is enabled on all HiHi-to-HiHi users, with the additional benefit of being able to hold private video conversations from your desk without the need for additional setups.

The freedom of flexible working

With more businesses implementing flexible working, you want to ensure your phone system can provide the functionality for your teams to easily work in a variety of locations. Designed as two components, HiHi4 allows you to undock the tablet from one base and place it in another, either at a different desk or at home. With the tablet as the main element, moving this to a different base guarantees you can continue to make and receive calls via your own unique business number.

More than just a deskphone

HiHi4 is a Google certified device, which gives you access to the Google Play Store and their suite of apps so you can personalise your phone to suit your needs. Download your favourite apps to your HiHi phone to give you the perfect tools for your business.

With access to your Google or Outlook on your deskphone, you can view your emails and calendar from your device. Add widgets to see your inbox or schedule on your homescreen and customise your deskphone with photos of your own.

Your deskphone on your mobile

All HiHi4 users are provided with a licence to our mobile business communication app, HiHi Connect 2. This app allows you to use the features of your deskphone on your mobile. When active, HiHi Connect 2 will ring at the same time as your deskphone, allowing you to take a call on either device. You can access your entire phonebook via the app, and you can ‘pull’ calls from your deskphone to the app if you are wanting to continue a conversation away from your desk.

HiHi Connect 2 allows you to keep your personal mobile number private, with your business number being displayed when making calls via the app. All hunt groups and call diverts continue to work exactly the same as your HiHi4 deskphone, and if specified, calls made using HiHi Connect 2 are recorded, so you have the peace of mind that calls to customers are stored.
