I have migrated my Office 365 tenancy to Daisy, will I need to contact my previous service provider?

Yes, once you have migrated your tenancy across to Daisy, you will need to contact your previous service provider and ask them to cancel your old licenses. This is to ensure that you don’t get billed by both your previous provider and Daisy Communications. Daisy Communications are not able to request cancellation on your behalf due to GDPR regulations.
