If you wish to program a flexible key on your handset for an extension number or a telephone number, press the PROGRAMME key on your phone. Press a spare flexible button on your handset to program. If you’re dialing an extension number, press 1 and then the extension number, and then press ENTER.

You will then be prompted to enter a name. Then, press ENTER. Lift and replace the handset. If you wish the key to be a telephone number, press PROGRAMME, press the flexible button, dial 2, dial 9 and then the telephone number, and then press ENTER.

Enter the name. Press ENTER. Lift and replace the handset.
