How to unlock your mobile phone

To unlock your handset to be used on another network, we will need to send the details to the network provider.

Please contact our customer service team on 033 33 20 20 00 and provide the following information:

Account number:


Make and model of your handset:

IMEI Number (If you are unsure of this, key in *#06# on your device’s dial screen):

Mobile phone number:

Please note, phone unlocking charges range from £25.00 to £75.00 (excl. VAT) depending on the handset model. This can take up to 10 working days to complete. Once your handset has been unlocked, we will notify you.
