Inbound Number Retirement Announcement – 29th November 2021

Daisy in conjunction with our suppliers, are working to reduce the number of inactive or no longer used non-geographic number services.  In line with our terms of service, Daisy are looking to retire inactive* services and hereby provide 30 days’ notice of this closure.

*Inactive is defined as services with very little to no usage within the last 15 months, and zero calls within the last 3 months

Where end user details are held by Daisy, any affected customers will be notified by letter or by email.

Where no end user details are stored it may not be possible to notify customer’s individually.

All services will be suspended or fully ceased in the coming weeks – should you experience any disruption to your Daisy managed inbound service, please contact Daisy using the number on your monthly invoice.
