Daisy reaps organisational growth and increased revenues due to both organic efforts and successful acquisition activities.

Daisy has continued to grow above expectations and surpass its objectives in the 2023 financial year. Revenue has increased year-on-year by 56% to £209m, with EBITDA up 65% to £52m in the period, and the business is on track to continue delivering double-digit growth in 2024. This has been achieved through a combination of organic growth and the full-year impact of the synergies made post its recent acquisitions including XLN, Communicate Better and Premier Choice Group.

Dave McGinn, CEO, said, “It’s been a truly transformative year. We have grown by bringing these great organisations together and building upon the successful cross-sell strategy across our business.”

Daisy’s vision is to make leading technologies available to businesses, enabling them to be better every day, supported by knowledgeable people who care. By achieving this vision, it can complete its mission to connect the UK’s business communities with technologies focused on their specific needs, providing specialist support to keep Britain working. The ability to deliver this mission was further underpinned this year when Daisy became one of the largest partners in BT Wholesale’s Partner Plus programme, which allows them to continue to enhance the company’s ability to provide its customers with the best products and service to suit their bespoke needs.

Dave added, “We’ve created a workplace and culture with the ideal conditions and support to help everyone achieve their career aspirations. We are working closely with our suppliers as a leading partner to negotiate the best solutions and support, and remain at the forefront of technology developments for the benefit of our customers.”
