Daisy commit to giving customers more realistic information about business broadband speeds.

Daisy Communications is pleased to announce that it has signed up to Ofcom’s new Voluntary Codes of Practice on Business Broadband Speed (VCoP).

Our 9.2 rating on Trustpilot is a testament to our dedicated customer service. In line with wanting to be our customer’s favourite supplier, we’ve signed up to the VCoP as a commitment to them.

What does this mean?

The voluntary sign-up ensures our customers will be given more realistic information about business broadband speeds, which will reflect peak times.

As part of signing up to the VCoP we’ll also provide an estimated minimum guaranteed download speed, allowing customers to make confident, informed decisions before a sale.

What happens if my broadband speeds drop below the estimated levels?

Our dedicated support teams are committed to identifying and resolving any issues customers may face.

In the unfortunate event that customers may experience download speeds lower than the estimated minimum guaranteed speed, contact us, and our support teams will do everything possible to resolve and repair the issue.

If we cannot resolve the issue within 30 calendar days from the date the fault was first logged, customers may then exit their contract penalty free.
