We’re excited to share that we’ve been awarded the One Star accreditation by Best Companies, showing we have Very Good Levels of Employee Engagement. Our results have also put us in the top 100 Best Large Companies to work for in the UK coming in at 53rd place.
Every year, Best Companies runs an employee survey to measure and recognise levels of workplace engagement. On top of our 2022 accreditation, we were also recognised in the top 50 or top 25 best companies to work for across 4 regions in the UK.
Our staff’s hard work, dedication and passion for serving our customers means we are ranked as one of the Top 5 Best Telecoms Companies in the UK.
Over the past three years of taking part in the b-Heard survey, we’ve used the feedback to introduce and strengthen initiatives, such as our Wellbeing Team, Giving Something Back, and our ESG Policy (Environmental, Social and Governance). We’ll be reflecting on the feedback received over the coming months so that we can continue to make Daisy Comms an even better place to work.
