Granting Account Access

If there’s someone else in your business that you would like to grant permission to discuss the account, please contact your dedicated customer service team and provide the following information for the new contact:

Full name:

Contact number:

Contact email:

Level of access i.e. financial contact, fault contact, key decision maker:

We can only accept these requests if you have full access to the account. If the person(s) named on the account no longer work for the business, we will require a company headed email/letter from the managing director stating the changes that need to be made.

Please note, you can also make these changes on our new My Account portal (depending on your permission level) by going to Account Management then Manage Contacts.
