b-Heard Best Companies Have Awarded us a Two-Star Accreditation
We’ve been awarded an accreditation by b-Heard Best Companies after demonstrating outstanding commitment to employee engagement.
The accreditation comes a year after we were awarded a one-star accreditation by b-Heard. It also comes during a year where almost all of our staff have worked from home since March which makes our two-star award all the more pleasing.
Following our result in 2019, we set out to improve employee engagement. We assembled an engagement squad made up of employees from across all departments within the business. And the results from 2020 prove that our work has paid off as we’ve achieved the second-highest standard of workplace engagement.
