Experience the New OneDrive: Fast, Organised, and Personalised

Microsoft embarked on a new chapter for OneDrive with a quicker and simpler experience. The upgrade includes both visual and functional features designed to make it easier for you to find files quickly and maintain your content well-organised without having to do any organising yourself. You can access all your individual, shared, and team files on OneDrive more quickly with the new features and improved design, which will help you be more efficient.

Beautiful, refreshed OneDrive home

The new OneDrive home has rich, context-based organisations that help you get back to the necessary content, such as the homepage, which shows you your recent, shared, and favourite files from meetings. It also allows you to spend more time doing your work as it reduces the time to find your file.

All shared files in one view

The new shared tab has all the files that have been shared with you in one place. In this simple view, you will see where a file was shared, who shared it, and whether it was shared internally or externally.

Simple sharing across all Microsoft 365 apps

The new OneDrive updates the ‘copy link’ experience, which allows you to share the link with confidence and consistency. It simplifies the file-sharing experience with a clear, temporary, on-screen confirmation.

Yet, there is more to come with OneDrive’s new features. Microsoft is constantly updating your OneDrive experience, such as OneDrive in Teams and files from all your meetings in one view. Fill in this enquiry form to learn more learn more about OneDrive and Microsoft 365.

Think, plan, and create together – Microsoft Loop

Microsoft Loop is officially available on Microsoft now. It is a transformative co-creation experience that brings together teams, content, and tasks across your tools and devices. With Microsoft Loops, you can create any campaign to manage anything the team needs. It allows you to have better and more efficient project management.

Organise everything and everyone for your project

Microsoft Loop helps you gather all your project’s resources into a single workspace and even does the searching for you to kick it off. Simply provide the project title and any relevant keywords, and it will recommend the most appropriate items to include in the project. It also provides you with templates and drag-and-drop pages to structure your project in a way that is best for the whole team.

Easily share items for your project

It also has the function to turn any content on a Loop page into a component and share it across Microsoft 365 apps, including Teams, Outlook, etc. This allows you to share single pieces of information with different groups of people, some of whom may not be within your immediate project team. Or you can also share the whole project page as a link or live page, and the team member can respond according to the project update.

Stay in sync and on track for your project

Microsoft Loop keeps your team aligned with progress trackers and customer labels. You will receive a notification feed that keeps track of your mentions, assigned tasks, and replies. The tasks that you have been assigned in the Loop app will sync across to Microsoft Planner and To Do, so it will automatically create your latest to-do list.

Microsoft Loop is just getting started. Microsoft keeps rolling out new features for the Loop app, such as unlocking new possibilities with Copilot in Loop. To get started with Microsoft Loop, contact Daisy Communication now .
