Mobile Travel Plans
If you are planning to use your mobile phone while roaming abroad, please see below for more information on our roaming plans, which can help keep roaming costs down.
It is important to confirm with your Customer Service team or Service Desk which of the below services are applicable to your tariff to prevent bill shock. Fair usage limits apply to all services. Whilst roaming outside of the UK on unlimited data plans, and within standard inclusive or daily roaming destinations, data fair usage is capped at 25GB per month whereby roaming restrictions and/or out of bundle charges may be applied for usage exceeding this limit.
Roam Like at Home
If you are travelling to certain European locations, you may be able to benefit from Roam Like at Home (RLAH). This is part of a piece of legislation, brought in to ensure customers are not charged increased rates when roaming in the EU.
Roam Like at Home allows you to use your inclusive calls, SMS and data as if you were in the UK.

Europe Zone 1 – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Territories, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (inc. Vatican City), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (inc. Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (inc. Balearic Islands), Sweden

European Travel Select
From 01/01/2022, all Vodafone tariff changes, resigns and new connections will have European Travel Select (ETS) applied to the tariff instead of Roam Like at Home. Only base tariff changes will be considered a tariff change. Subscription level and account level bolt-ons/bundle adjustments are not considered tariff changes.
European Travel Select allows you to access your existing bundle (minutes, SMS, data) for a fee of £2 per day ex. VAT. Ireland and Isle of Man are excluded from this change, and users will continue to have access to their standard UK allowance at no additional cost.
This change does not apply to any O2 connections.

World Travel Select
Travel the world without worrying about your mobile phone bill with Daisy World Travel Select (WTS). From Argentina to Japan and everywhere in between, WTS covers calls back to the UK from several worldwide destinations. For the cost of £5 (excl. VAT per day), you can opt-in to receive daily roaming rates, allowing you to use your UK-based plan across the globe. Our WTS rate means there’s no longer a charge for receiving texts however if you do go over your UK allowances you will be charged roaming rates.

TravelFree
TravelFree is our enhanced version of the standard Roam Like at Home legislation, not only giving you access to UK bundles and rates within the listed EU Zone 1 destinations, but also covering destinations further afield. This allows end users to utilise their home tariff package in a number of destinations worldwide with no daily fees or monthly cost uplifts.
Destinations covered by TravelFree are split into two bands:
Band A offers access to standard UK allowances (UK rates apply when out of bundle)
Band B gives users the same access to bundles as Band A does, but roaming rates apply when out of bundle

TravelPlus
TravelPlus is an alternative to World Travel Select (WTS), available on Daisy Fusion tariffs and is aligned directly with TravelFree. Like WTS, it offers an alternative to pence per minute rates in the form of an opt-in daily roaming rate of £5 exc VAT per day and will allow users full access to their UK bundles and allowances whilst roaming in a selection of worldwide destinations.
