Help with your first bill

Your first bill may be higher than expected, as your services are always billed a month in advance.

This means that if your connection date was partway through the month, you will be billed for 1 month plus 1 part month on your first Daisy bill.

Your first bill may also show one-off charges, such as install charges, hardware, or delivery fees.

Going forward, your bill will revert to its standard monthly cost and continue to be billed monthly for the upcoming month ahead.
